Robin obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego and her master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. She utilizes her experiences in business management and field operations management to support Marine Taxonomic Services as a Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Robin manages Marine Taxonomic Services to ensure the company is leveraged to take care of its employees and clients so that projects can be completed successfully. Her work does not end at the office. Robin successfully manages operations by also participating in the field activities performed at Marine Taxonomic Services. She operates vessels ranging from 18 to 30 feet to support projects, tends divers using under-water communications equipment, and is herself a PADI certified SCUBA diver. She routinely supports projects related to aquatic invasive species management, sediment sampling, fisheries monitoring, and stream assessments.
